A few months back, when I was handling a customer named Martin, I understood very well that he is extremely hot-headed. A few days into the project implementation and one of my teammates committed a mistake that hampered our progress for 2-3 days. The aforesaid client behaved very rudely, and was about to recommend to his higher authorities to drop our team from the assigned job; that was the time that I set up a video conference, and apologized for the delay, clarified all his doubts and appeased him well.
