Effective communication and good problem-solving skills are the keys to satisfying any customer who has complaints. We should deal with them calmly and strategically. If I or any of my teammates commit any mistake, I setup calls or video conference, and apologize for any mismanagement from our end, clarify all his doubts and appease him by solving the issue properly.
