A resume should not be more than 2 pages. An ideal resume for someone who has 10 years of expereince should be around 1 page. Hence for every 10 years of expereince you shold add 1 page.

Resume should highlight your achievements, outcomes & demonstrate some of the soft skills such as leadership, ability to handle work pressure, leading a team etc.

You should use simple format to write your resume. Too much design can also lead to filtering out your resume. Use action verbs to cleary demostrate your work. For example ” Led a team of 10 people to work on automation project which saved 30% cost for the customer in an year “
