In reporting peer performance, we must be objective. We must have clear criteria as to how we will evaluate his or her performance. It must have a scale or a definite grade measurement. Sometimes we grow biased as we get to know our peers better but I think if we can be constructive and be finite in evaluating we can have valuable outputs and be more productive at work.
